1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Your Weed Data ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Your Weed Data is a cannabis analytics platform that transforms Washington State compliance data into analytics-grade business intelligence. Our Service includes:

• Self-service analytics dashboards
• Data download and export tools
• Public licensee profiles and directory
• Related analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card information.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Your Weed Data and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Public Data

The underlying data from Washington State compliance files is public information. Our processing, analysis, and presentation of this data is proprietary to Your Weed Data.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Data Sources and Responsibility

8.1 Data Source

All data provided through the Service originates from publicly available compliance files released by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). Your Weed Data is not the system of record for this data. The WSLCB is the authoritative source and is ultimately responsible for data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

8.2 Data Processing

We process, clean, standardize, and interpret the raw compliance data received from the WSLCB to make it more accessible and useful. While we employ best practices in data engineering and quality assurance, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the underlying source data provided by the WSLCB.

8.3 Data Availability

Our Service depends on the WSLCB's timely release of compliance data. In the event that the WSLCB delays, fails to release, or provides incomplete data files, Your Weed Data is not responsible for such delays or data unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to process and make available data once it is received from the WSLCB, but we cannot control or guarantee the WSLCB's data delivery schedule or quality.

8.4 No Warranty on Source Data

We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the source data provided by the WSLCB. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the source data are the responsibility of the WSLCB, not Your Weed Data. Users should verify critical information directly with the WSLCB when making important business decisions.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. Data is derived from public sources and may contain errors or omissions.

9.3 No Professional Advice

The information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions based on our data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Weed Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Weed Data and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Washington.
