This has been my go to spot for over a year and in the last 2 months I've had issues with both this spot and their connected vape store rips. I went in to purchase a hand full of things, as I always do. The customer service was fine, the product wasn't the best selection at the moment but that happens. The Issue I've run in to was that I was charged for an item 40% MORE EXPENSIVE than the item I received. I intended to purchase a $36 oz, which is what I received however I was charged $60 for a different product. When I realized this mistake and called to see what could be done if anything I was very rudely asked by the manager AJ why I hadn't checked the things I purchased. Why I hadn't noticed the price difference in the products as tho I as the customer should be calculating my orders cost before the budtender when purchasing multiple items. Instead of customer service I was met with being blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine by a manager no less.

Easy process in and out like that great prices quality product and friendly bud tenders what more can you ask for oh yeah and if you become a member with your phone number then every 10th visit you get a 30% voucher but they always have good deals running anyways especially on Friday and Saturday and Sunday....

Literally had the worst experience with the manager Scotty at this location over a price match. Going from being a long time customer to being employed as a manager back to just a customer I am fully aware of how Zips price matches, plus any other manager at every other location including this one like Randela and Tony are amazing and have never given me an issue with any price matching within rules. Maybe he didnt like that a customer knew what they were asking for or that I stated I used to work for the company and Im not ignorant to my request but that experience was enough for me to leave a review about it. I truly hope he doesnt disrespect other customers the way he did me during my transaction tonight because that was a bit crazy over a simple price match request.

Experience with staff is always a plus. However, whoever they outsource or use to manage their online inventory is lacking, and their insufficient knowledge of strains results in a less-than-ideal customer experience.

Every time I place an online order, I find myself having to confirm in-store whether an item is actually a sativa, hybrid, or indica. If it's incorrect, I have to search for alternatives, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. I've been a customer here for a long time, and I've encountered this issue for online orders for this store and others in the city with the same result. I've mentioned it to  management, but since it's likely outsourced or in control of upper management, nothing has changed. That said, as always, be sure to dbl-check your strains when ordering online or leave with the wrong stuff.

The top customer service and approachable , helpful staff of  ALL the ZIPS stores, even Seattle!! Great prices, excellent location, ease of online ordering; this one’s the winner . 🌟💯
