Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff!! Super friendly and always smiling.. if something outside of their work is bothersome those employees really know exactly what it means to leave it at the door and don't bring it to work with you truly means!! Ordering online can be a bit faster if your in a hurry.. and theyve offered treats to my pup before I can even ask if they have one for her..

Wow. On 3/11/25, I was waited on by a man who clearly hates his job, his employer & customers. He cut me off when I made a product suggestion, “they don’t take recommendations from me” - the surliest response to a customer who clearly wanted to help Uncle Ike’s. I asked him if he ever tried to talk to management about customer or his own suggestions - “they work around the corner & have never talked to me.” He hates his boss & the owner. He was plain mean to me. Why do you work in a service role? Why tell customers that it’s a horrible place to work? Why not a job you can do from home. I’m not going back to Ike’s. It’s supposed to sell happiness. Customer service is crucial. Reef. Forbidden. Ruckus. Have a Heart. Or start a garden  - so many alternatives.

PS - I got an email from the manager based on my Yelp review. He saw/heard the audio/video of my experience with this employee & agreed with me 100%, the employee was mean to me. You’re on candid camera, everyone.

McKenna was an absolute angel! She was knowledgeable honest and got me hooked up with everything I needed precisely! Will definitely be paying her other visits!

LUKE T is AMAZINGGGGGG 23rd Union Ike’s!! Always pleasant and knows his bud. I was buying a gift for a friend and wasn’t sure. I like how he was able to upsell me and I couldn’t even be mad at the extra money for the amount of Bud. My friend loved it, he was right!Stop by!!

This location has parking, the facility is clean, they provide a lot of options, and the staff is welcoming. Mason helped me out with several pre-roll recommendations. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanks Mason, see you next time! ☺️
