I love this store! The sales are great, but everything is a good value. Staff is awesome. Helpful and knowledgeable and are happy to let you browse without pushing sales. High quality products, great vendor selection, nice open floor plan. Every time I'm in the area I stop by (I live 300 miles away).

I've always had good experiences at this shop. The employees are always friendly, and helpful. Good prices on good products, as well.

Will not return. last time I went, it was busy and the guy accidentally gave me hybrid instead of indica. I went today to exchange it and they refused even though the receipt states that it is perfectly fine as long as it was unopened. The manager still refused to do the exchange even though it is printed on the receipt in plain English that it is perfectly acceptable. So Incompetence is what got me the wrong product and the incompetent manager decided that falsely advertising exchanges on the receipt was the best approach to getting customers. Everyone there knows me because I purchase 7 cartridges every single week and they won't even honor the exchange policy that is plainly written on the receipt. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I was asking for an exchange because the incompetent clerk gave me the wrong stuff. The exchange policy on your receipts are false.

I shop here because the military discount is 15% where most other shops offer only 10%. It just so happens the staff is pretty cool and the shop has a nice big layout.

After shopping at this location for over 2 years I am done with this place. Over the last 2 years I have dealt with bad budtenders that are horrible with any kind of product knowledge. Over the past 3 months the flower that was purchased from this place has been super dry and crumbly and light burnt. Tonight was definitely the last straw for me, when I arrived I saw a sign on the door that said "for the safety of staff and customers we are only allowing two customers at a time while we remodel" the door is locked and I am waiting in the rain with a store FULL of customers. When the door was finally opened for me, I was rudely told "stand here!" As the door locked behind me the panic and anxiety kicked in and I had to get the hell out of there. With this place being robbed just weeks ago, I was now locked in this building with a bunch of people! What the hell? Luckily I found this awesome place a few miles down the road called Greens on Gold. It's this awesome little shop with amazingly nice and very knowledgeable budtenders. And best of all, there is an amazing bakery right across the hallway!!!! Hell with uncles andos, I found my new pot shop. GREENS ON GOLD  it's on south gold street in centralia
