I brought my close friend in here and Chad was the one who helped. Chad was very educational and knew exactly what she needed. We don't really know much about THC and the types and qualities, etc. But Chad was super knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and not dumb.  Thank you Chad for a positive experience!

I love coming to this store the staff is great! Last time I was in Isaiah was super friendly and helpful, they always give great suggestions here and are super knowledgeable!

I bought a cart here on their recommendation. When I went home and looked up the brand, I decided it wasn't something I wanted due to the company using pesticides so I tried to exchange it for a different brand. The employees were pretty rude and argued with me that I couldn't return this $30 cart I bought. You could just put it back on the shelf and give me something I want. Very disappointing experience, will not be returning. Main Street Marijuana has much better selection/customer service.

The manager that was working this evening around 1045 female, who answered the phone was extremely rude and abruptly hung up on me for asking if they had an item in stock after getting there and asking if the product could be tested, it’s a battery Andy, who was very pleasantand helpful. Went to ask that same Manager. I could hear her attitude from 5 feet away and he came back to tell me yes you’ll need to do it in your car but you’ll need to hurry if you want to return it tonight cause we close in nine minutes. She didn’t have to be nasty. She could have said you can come back tomorrow not telling me to hurry when I had nine minutes. And I just wanted to guarantee my product wouldn’t bother her calling and talking to management since well that’s you so I guess I’ll start shopping elsewhere. Being rude once I can accept being rude twice, I shouldn’t have to
