My favorite dispensary in Tacoma! Every single person that works here is always so friendly and kind, including the people checking ids at the door. It’s the best customer service I’ve received at a dispensary. They are great at helping me find just what I’m looking for, being up front about quality and prices, and finding discounts and deals. I highly recommend THG!

The staff was all very friendly.
Elizabeth was particularly helpful and provided fantastic service. Not only was she friendly, she made sure I was able to use my discount properly to get the package deal I wanted. That is great service that makes me a loyal customer.

Been a customer since about the day that they opened more than 6 years
Don't know the individual's name.
But he wears cowboy hat and a mustache and a beard
Demanded that I remove my Driver's license from the plastic because he couldn't see the date.
If he hadn't been rude and obnoxious about it, I probably would have been more considerate in doing it.
As it is, I will probably never step foot into this shop ever again.

I liked it. Small lil shop. Somewhat spend'y some items. Oh, on the other hand, what small Mom&Pop shop that isn't costly on your pocket. Compared to places that own 3-10 stores, the price may be 🤔 lil cheaper, but the costumer isn't grate... COSTUMER SERVICE HERE WAS AMAZING....

The folks inside were really nice. I got some good stuff before the year was up.  Happy new year!
