Every time I come to the Gallery, everybody's nice and friendly. I'll go in one maybe twice a week for gummies.. I have questions, they always have an answer. That's good customer service.

The store was very clean and probably one of the most professional looking dispensaries I’ve been too. Staff were welcoming and attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in the area, staff is amazing extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. They carry quality brands at reasonable prices. My go to dispensary for sure!

How disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer at this dispensary for the past three weeks, but on March 24th around 10:00 PM, I was refused entry due to my valid form of id. The employee at the front desk, who gave a name starting with “T,” claimed my ID wasn’t accepted, even though it meets the criteria to verify age. I’ve used this ID at dispensaries in five other states without issue.

What felt especially frustrating was being singled out, as my friend with a driver’s license was allowed in without question. When I mentioned I’d been there multiple times before, he dismissed it as a mistake and blamed his coworkers for not properly checking IDs.

I later contacted customer service, and they confirmed they DO accept my ID. The employee’s actions were inconsistent and discriminatory, and it’s disappointing to be treated this way. I hope management addresses this and ensures better training for staff to prevent future incidents like this.

I don't think the grow company's do this store any justice by sending them dry and crumbly product never fails I have been here twice and each time I bought it was the same experience people are cool but their product isn't good at all especially when they charge 50% mm more than every other one around them
