Some of their Staff must be sick 🤢 all the time they wear masks and they seem like they don't want to contaminate you. The Wait for other staff nonmasked uncontaminated/sick staff can get a lil bit of a hassle. The products on the website aren't at every location. Don't expect anything from the webstore they advertise to be there. I needed tincture and they didn't have it at the store but it was on the website. Go elsewhere for easier service and accurate web pricing.

First time in a very long time i was very disappointed in the quality of my purchase.
I'm no conisu, but the Super Lemon Haze Raging Goat was so old it almost turned to powder trying to get it out of the bag. Bad product. Times like these I would love to be able to return/ refund.

I always have an amazing experience here, when your employees are all in good moods smiling, laughing and enjoying life it spreads, making my day that much better.

If you appreciate outstanding customer service experience shop at the Gallery. Their staff is knowledgeable, if they don’t know the answer, they take the time to find out. I never feel rushed and always get surprised at the huge selection for any budget.
