David  was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. I felt like I could talk to the guy for hours. But he was quick to assist the next customer in line which I totally understood! I will definitely be back and I really appreciate the incredible customer service. I see why this place wins best customer service on the Peninsula.

Sparket is the most knowledgeable, friendly, informative store I have ever been in. I struggle with severe medical problems. This store has changed my life. Every employee has gone above and beyond to take the time to explain recommendations, products, and why they would be beneficial to my medical needs. I have been to many other shops on the peninsula and Sparket is truly the best.

3 people that came in after me were served first.  Another customer came in and they still acted like I didn’t exist.  Maybe I didn’t have the right “look” to be in their store.  That’s the vibe I got from Ian, and won’t ever go back.

Ian told us about the transdermal happy patches that have made a HUGE difference in our pain levels.  He has helped us with a lot of information on products! My husband and I are very grateful!
