We love this place. It doesn’t have that weird sterile almost big corporate feel some other shops in Seattle have.

Have to give a big shout to our last Budtender James. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and  patient. He did a great job quickly understanding what we like and what we were looking for, giving us great recommendations. Grateful for the time he spend getting us a great haul! Really hope to get him again!

We stopped in and picked up some great products on our visit to Seattle. Our orders were ready on time and the staff was super friendly and the vibe was nice and chill. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Jim and Emily are the best bud tenders this side of the mountains. I came all the way from Ballard to Capital Hill and they took care of me better than I thought they would. I’ll be back tomorrow and probably the next day also because nobody has Jack Herer or blue dream and they have it. Thanks guys. You’re awesome.

Shoutout Ruckus for a wonderful experience. I was visiting family and needed to get some goodies. They have a wide selection of products, felt a bit overwhelmed but thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable staff for helping me find just the right thing I needed. Emily and Sarah were so sweet! Will definitely shop here again!!

A few months ago I walked in and a staff member was dressed up in a costume.  I was really nice and went to pay. The staff member made me hand them the cash after I set it down on the table... super weird and rude.  The manager was right next to them and watched everything.  They must have known something was off this this person.  I have not been back to this location and will not go back to this location.  I go to ruckus fremont now, way better vibe.
