Years ago I used to really love Phat Panda and actually was impressed with the overall quality for $$$. Off the top of my head some strains I’ve really enjoyed from them were Tropicana Cookies, Trophy Wife, Point Break, Redneck Runts. Always pretty consistent highs & terpene profiles… but it seems like recently they’re just doing too much.

Instead of the old 9/10 quality and consistency they used to have (for their price point), they seem to just be pushing out as many new clone / pheno names as quickly as possible.

1) They don’t always have the same consistency between the new strains and older strains (that are actually dialed in).
2) Seems like it’s just being grown for the highest THC / cannabinoid levels and not for the actual effects, aromas, tastes, etc… of each individual strain.
3) Also they have a “core” line (their mid tier) and a “platinum” line (their top tier) which are only a few $$$ apart, but the quality is still just hit or miss depending on the strain…
Is it just a different grow/pheno of the same strain? Was it the same crop, but one batch just tested higher THC lol? Why are the strains platinum one week and then core the next, without different harvest dates and or any noticeable change in quality/consistency at all, between either of the two? Hmmm…

It didn’t use to be like that, they used to have a few consistent strains that all stood up to their unique individual names. Not the best in the world, but $20 / 3.5g used to be so worth it, just not anymore.

I bought a half ounce of the Dutch Delight today. I was incredibly disappointed to get home and find out this is NOT Dutch Delight.

A classic Dutch Delight comes from lineage like Skunk #1, Northern Lights, and Haze, focusing on old-school, landrace genetics.

Phat Panda’s Dutch Delight, on the other hand, is their interpretation, incorporating strains like Dutch Treat and Trophy Wife for a modern twist.

In short I bought a half ounce of something that is NOT the real Dutch Delight, but a sad wannabe knockoff. I'm usually a big fan of Phat Panda, but they lost a customer today.

Every product I've ever gotten from them. Is more expensive comparably to other brands. And yet these always break and don't function at all. Phat panda products also came out with "Sticky Frog" cartridges. And they are just as bad if not worse. We live going to the pend Oreille dispensary in newport Washington. And we feel like this buisness is just being screwed by phat panda. They have to do so many refunds and replacements for these items it's insane. And phat panda is doing nothing to resolve the problem or help these businesses they are distrusting horrible overpriced products too. Shouldn't spend 40$ on a cartridge for it to break, everytime in less than a day. At the very part of the cartridge that's supposed to be the most "hardest part" of the entire component making they cartridge functional.

Phat Panda's quality gone down hill across all of their products, whether it's edibles, bud, or oils. The last time I got a cartridge from Dabstract, Phat Panda's
"High Quality" line, it tasted like mold and nothing remotely close to distillate. In addition, I didn't get the pain relieving effects I was looking for, and my newbie friend didn't feel any effects period. More and more recently their joints have been patchy with their packing causing them to burn unevenly or to tar up to the point of being unsmokable halfway through the joint. QR codes for their lab testing take you to an error page, and even the dispensaries they supply can't bring up the lab testing for Phat Panda's products.  Don't waste your money on their low quality products.

Wow unbelievable I just have to say it but today I went to the dispo and decided to give phat phanda a try they from Spokane let’s fr give them a try and I got some pre rolls and I’m telling you right now I tasted chemicals and literally don’t even burn right!! It has haze on the outside it’s so bad please fix that terrible experience that was my last 30$
