Went in bud tenders were not helpful at all in educating me on the products in fact didnt say a word till it was time to pay then decided to tell me they had 10% off (something you tell people at the door) then when I called to ask for a manager she said let me see if he is still here then asked who I was I said a customer then she proceeds to say I can help I said no I need a manager then she says I am the manager knowing damn well shes not and refused to let me speak to him. They need to be fired and people need to be properly trained in customer service

Bud tenders are lazy, I went in one day and two bud tender sitting down  I was the only one there at that time,I was waiting for service,,they saw me walk in,and they just sad there one of them looking at me after a min.been ignored I said, hey can I get some help? They responded OH! We didn't see you,, so I don't shop there anymore,, they are unprofessional

I bought a bottle of rub when he opened. I still have.

Have known the owner over 30years and he rocks like a hurricane.Love the guy.New post added a year later.Its almost December now and he is still rocking it like a hurricane.Thank you for being you.
