I’ve been to A LOT of 502 shops and this one is by far the weirdest experience ever. Cuz Why do the budtenders need to wear aprons lol. Are they cooking up edibles back there? And why do they make the budtenders write every order by hand? And there’s no line - you wait to get approached by someone. I def got approached first before the three people who came in the door before me. Then You pay the budtender after he takes your order and then pick up the order elsewhere. This is not conducive to a good customer experience if you ask me. Who came up with this great idea? lol smh. Good selection though!!

This is my go to spot! Friendly and helpful staff, and great prices with weekly specials. I only gave a 4 star because of the amount of imported glass pieces from china they have.  Gotta support local glass art if you want that 5 star from me. To be fair it's hard to find a dispensary that does sell American Glass which is just sad...but not the store's fault, all in all this is a great spot for all your needs.

Let me first say I held off writing a review the 1st time I ran into this manager but this time I’m not holding back. I have managed a marijuana  shop as well so I’m not just talking out my ass. I’m not even sure of your name, you need some work on your people skills! Doesn’t matter it’s 420. Doesn’t matter you sold me bad product. Don’t assume people are looking for money when they tell you they got bad product! Do your job and make an exchange. Your job is customer service. Not to make the people that spend money there feel bad when they bring back faulty items

They need to go by LAST name..  gave me someone else stuff with same first name, the price was same.  POTENCY was definitely not stuff I ordered..  hope other guy gets super high.. cuz what i got that was his is VERY WEAK... I won't let it happen again...   waste of MY money.

Mike G is legit and best with customer service and so friendly. Dude is that guy who works hard for you, makes it fun, and is very knowledgeable. He has made me a regular customer! You’re family when you work with him…..
