Great variety wonderful helpers to help pick the right high and pretty decent pricing

I used to really love lucky leaf, but that’s also because every time I went I usually got the same three brands. Recently, they’ve been out of stock a lot of of the times so I’ve had to like switch over to different brands and ask them to just substitute it.

Whenever I ask to substitute, I ask for fruity flavors infused and same potency as what I ordered or more. Descriptive enough to know what to pick and not to descriptive it’s it’s too hard to find. Last week I placed an online order and when I got there, they only had 1 out of the 7 items that I ordered. And I’m pretty understanding when it comes to being out of something. So I told the lady “I’m like that’s okay if you could do the same brand that would be the best but if there’s nothing in the same brand, could you please do fruity flavors same potency or more and infused”. She says yeah, and she grabs everything and tosses it in the bag and me being me and being trusting person I was didn’t check the bag until I got back to the car. I started looking at the potencies of what I ordered through the app than what I got. All the ordered joints, pre-rolls, blunts, etc. that I ordered online. The THC level was over 30% for each joint and blunt. Then I started looking at the ones that I received all the potency on them was below 15 THC. I’m just really tired of the fact that they’re always out of specific brands and then on top of that you ask for a simple replacement and they give you trash ass stuff. And then half assing looking for a similar option to what you requested. I’ve been going there for 2 years and I’ve never really had a problem until a few months ago.

I've been shopping at lucky leaf co. religiously for 5+ and have never had a negative experience with an budtender. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Every single budtender I've had the pleasure of working with has been knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I want. I've loved building a relationship with these beautiful people with most of them remembering the strains I LOVE!!! I will forever be shopping at Lucky Leaf. And you should too! Definitely the best industry discount in Spokane and hands down the best deals on the best products!

Have visited several times when passing through and have not been disappointed. They always seem to have some sort of special going on and the staff have been very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations. 10/10. Although it's downtown Spokane it's pretty easy to access on/off from I-90 and on street parking is convenient.

The tall man with short, brown hair had excellent customer service skills. He immediately knew what questions to ask to help me find the product I wanted, and was extremely kind all the while.
