All new people. No respect for online orders. Super slow service. No customer service experience. And its someone's "birthday" today so she was SLOW and in the WAY. She said she had never seen it that busy. Um....I see it that busy every time I come in. Online orders come first. This was appalling for this store.

Sasha was very detailed and welcoming. I needed help looking for a specific type of cart and she provided good recommendations, with reasons to back it up. Very enjoyable experience
