Anel was absolutely fantastic and amazing. I've been to several but this one stands out because of her customer service and wonderful treatment! Higher leaf is the spot in Seattle thanks to Anel!!!

I used to go here as my main dispensary and it was amazing. The staff are very helpful and know what they're selling (lol). Decent prices and great discounts.

I came in on April 7th, after 7:30pm. The two workers were amazing! They told me their names but I have a horrible memory and forgot how to spell them. Great customer service!

Have had two carts, fail to fire after very very little use. I returned with one, not knowing, their return policy. Knowing full well, they may not take it back. They didn't. However, the "kid" who was ill say flamboyant their was extremely rude,entitled, and didn't care. OK, fine. Bought a 2nd one that failed, so I was told I needed the package. So I dig in my trash find the first package, now I have package and with broken carts. Go in same kid. He then proceeds to tell me without scanning it to see if it's in their system. ( won't scan in their system if they didn't sell it.) He proceeds to tell me he FEELS I bought this else where, but that he remembered me trying to return it the first time. He then says I'm lying when I tell him I live around the corner and only shop at that dispensary. I feel i was racially descriminated against and profiled. 1000% DONT NOT SHOP AT HIGHER LEAF!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been coming here for years, yet that does not mean anything when it comes to them scamming you. They didn't give me three carts in one of my orders, I called in, and they checked the cameras and ensured I was right, and told me to pick it up another day. When I went in, some rude cashier told me that they couldn't do that. Why would you not only steal someone's money for something you messed up and follow up by lying and saying you can't do that when I came with the reciept and the name of the person who said so. Never got my carts or money back. Never coming here again, customer service is absolutely horrific. If you value your money, don't step foot in here.
