Good selection. No personal connection when attempting cordial conversations with the staff, but they are nice and do their job. No complaints there.

It was recommended I go here to get a pain relief balm for chronic pain. Staff explained things well, were very friendly and helpful, and the store had exactly what I was looking for.

Absolutely THE BEST PRICES within a decent mileage radius. Ony draw back is because of how awesome they and their prices are, it can be fairly busy there sometimes but WELL WELL worth the wait. Staff there are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would and have recommended

This used to be my go-to shop because of the easy ordering process on their website. I don’t care much about sales, but my issue is that I’ve placed multiple orders through the site, withdrawn cash, only to find out some nonsense about the price on the website being incorrect, or that customer appreciation discounts don’t stack, etc.

You either need a better inventory system that allows for real-time price updates or hire someone skilled in managing databases. Another solution would be to stop posting prices or sales online if they won’t be honored in-store.

I don’t want to believe it, but it definitely feels like customers are being forced to use your ATM to get the extra cash needed, or waste time driving to another ATM. The incorrect pricing ruins the entire experience.

P.S. This is an account with no prior reviews, as nothing has really been worth reviewing until now. I hope I’m not ridiculed by the owner for expressing my opinion, as I saw happen to someone else below for sharing negative feedback. This review is sincere, concise, and includes a clear call to action to improve the customer experience.
