James welcomed me at the Kennewick store and I let him know that I ordered ahead. He advised me that the item I ordered was new and he let me know that I would be really happy with it. Said he was impressed with it.

Trinity is amazing! I always love coming in and chatting with her. She's helpful with selections and always has a kind word for people. ♡

I gotta say it! Mostly because I’m usually not the kind of guy who praises people for customer service skills, but kaitlyn ( hope I spelled that correctly lol ) was awesome! Her personality and customer service skills were almost as memorable as her smile! I’m pretty sure she’s enough reason to go back even if I stopped smoking! Lol! Thank you kaitlyn!

Manager onsite 4/1 was extremely rude. I called before going in to ask about if temporary license are acceptable, i was told the old & temporary license would suffice if brought together. Upon arrival the manager refused to accept either license and proceeded to blame me for not asking the “right questions”. After frequenting this shop for multiple years i will not be returning due to this poor customer service from the manager

I’ve known Dr. Kailey since she was at her previous employer and gladly followed her to PMH. The extra driving isn’t a problem when the quality of care is superior. My own case is very complicated, but Dr. Kailey generates such an open , personal manner that I completely trust her to manage my symptoms. So much so that, I had my son’s GP send a referral to her specialty so that she could care for him. I strongly encourage anyone to come to PMH Gastroenterology for you and your family’s digestive health care!!
