I go to my one cannabis store about 3-4 times monthly and can tell you I spend a great deal of money and my wife cuts everything up and makes a book out of everything we've got and I truly have to say with everything they got out now there's something good for everyone. But when I brought home some of your flower cherry lemon haze was one of the worst and you guys have always stood strong in something to get , SO IM VER DISAPPOINTED  also I.never choose to do these things because I used to believe you'd read it and throw it away
I'm hoping you can do something to correct my problem because this is a lot of money it truly is

I got one of there pens from my favorite store and it does not work at all. I can’t return it because they will not accept returns and I can’t access the website for cloud 9 farms. I don’t know what to do but I’m not happy with that product. I would like to know how to get a new one so I can try the new product and really give my best review for it.
