Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in here. Everyone that I have encountered has always been super helpful. Today when I went in to pick up my order, Colt immediately greeted me with an enthusiastic wave! Excellent customer service!

I haven't consumed in 3 months and came in today to jump back in. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted but Jared patiently and knowledgeably walked me through all of my options and didn't break my budget. I've been coming to this store for years and  am grateful it's my current home store. Keep being awesome! Also, the new deal setup and points systems are amazing! You guys are killing it

Walked in Jared K greeted me. He already knew what I needed and that was nice. and I can appreciate someone that remembers What I like.  It’s nice to go in and not really have to talk to everybody when you’re not feeling like it because you’re in a bad mood because your cat is a jerk.

Jared K helped me when I came in last night (4/23/25) to pick up my online order. He made sure my order was correct, asked me how my day was going, asked for ID, asked if there was anything else I needed to pick up, and let me know about the survey. Great customer service for sure!

CINDER!!! Oh how I love you guys so much :,) I always leave with a smile my lil cutie budtenders!!!!! I always receive the best service from everyone there but today JARED K.!!!! He was so awesome and sweet and helpful! I’ll actually be stopping in tomorrow for the 40% off D&C promo. I would have never known if it weren’t for him :) Great team you have here Cinder.
