This dispensary is the best in town! I love the prices!! So far (knock on wood) every single time I have gone there to get dabs they have the best deals in town and always they are REALLY DELICIOUS! Stoney too! After trying them you would not be able to tell the difference between much higher priced concentrates..I remember back when it was still medical and those same dabs literally would have been no less than $40-$60! But believe it or not at this place the same amazing dabs are one for $6, and either you can also always get two for $9 or that was a special deal both times I got em, all I know is for $6 I always take the trip there before anywhere else in town! Oh and they are open till 11:55pm! I believe if it's not the latest dispensary hours in town then it is damn close to it! REally, and not only do they have THE best in price in town for A WHOLE GRAM of cough your arse off tasty dabolas! The employees are all super sweet and the guys are sexy AF! Heck so are the ladies! I was wondering where all the hott black guys were and this seems to be where they are!

Good selection with plenty of budget friendly options. Low atm fees. Hella discounts on everything. Anytime I get a $25 cart for 20 bucks it really heals my miserable soul.

Usually my experience here is normal and good. Today the male who helped me was basically useless. I came in for help and he did not come toward me at all like you guys normally do he stayed where he was and asked me to come to him even though I stated what I would be getting and that product was on the other side of the store. That wasn’t a huge deal but then I asked only a couple simple questions about a cartridge and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the package as if I should know. I don’t work in the weed industry and may have questions which is what the workers are for. I found that to be really rude and unprofessional.He then gave me a dirty look while I was glancing around the store and asked what I was looking at. I can only easily describe him as the young black male who appears to be apart of the LQBT community. I don’t know if he meant to be rude but he came across that way to me compared to all the other workers I’ve dealt with here. I will stick to going to Ferndale Cascade unless of an emergency I suppose.

Their BOGO deal is vaguely described BOGO 50% *pretty much* everything store wide (first red flag: sales pitch equal to that of a unemployed 20yr old highschool drop out who sells pot to teenagers). My first order made sense but was disappointing nonetheless. My second order for two grams of oil was made under the impression with their BOGO deal that at least the cheaper gram would be discounted 50%(making my total $60 with said deal). He still charged full price for the cheaper gram, screwed the order up a couple times and still had the gall to catch an attitude with us after the order was finally corrected (2nd red flag). Their website shows one thing but will have it listed as another. They can say we need to do a better job and read their item description with more discretion. But if they didn't have a website that crashed every other minute. Nonetheles paired the correct image to the correct item description this issue could've totally been avoided to begin with(3rd red flag). Both times I've gone I've felt like i was robbed as the lack of information on how exactly their bogo deal works and how it's actually applied to your order isn't available at all. 2020's 20% off the entire online order + stacked points gets you a better deal than Cascades bogo 50% off. This definitely was a let down as I was looking forward to becoming a regular as the selection is very large there. But the lack of any actual worthy deals and the bud tenders attitude + skimping me on my bogo 50% deal with my most recent (2nd) order was enough to call 2 times good. I wouldn't let my couple times ward anyone off really. But at least you now know what to expect unless you're lucky enough to get a better first impression than I did.

most unhelpful budtenders. they get easily irritated if you don't know what you want when you come in. They always get annoyed if I try to ask questions or see the product so I can read the label, like how dare I not be a huge pot head that knows every single product in the store? done with them.

Edit: In response to the owner's reply - I  did not roll up 1 minutes before close. I was there middle of the day. But nice to know there's more than one customer they don't care to help...
