Visiting from Chicago where our market is a bit different, so I was unfamiliar. Hunter was exceptional. He took care of me and got me in and out with exactly what I needed in minutes. Was patient with me while I made my selection. Gave me some good recommendations based off their own experience. Took the time to inform me of out of state allotments, the perks of making an account, talk terps, all while making sure I got the best price for the products I selected. Will definitely be back to shop again. 😎 Best prices in town!

I normally go to the valley store because I lived over there. I recently moved. The Francis store doesn’t have the same vibe, has ghetto customer with ghetto bud tenders. I got this battery from the valley store with a year warranty. It broke, naturally, so I went into the Francis store to exchange it, buy some carts, and give them some business. Apparently, this store doesn’t honor its sister’s return policy. So now I have to go all the way to the valley and give them business instead I guess. I won’t be returning this Francis location. Cinder is cool and just down the street everyone.

Absolutely, love. When in the other day for a purple bear but wanted a pink bear  battery, different color they had no problem going and getting it and selling it to me.Absolutely.Love this place.I drive out of my way to go here!!!!

Went there on 3/25/25, Felipe was my budtender. When I asked about a product to see he'd just try to put it in the bag without letting me see the product first. Didn't really get a friendly vibe from him either, he didn't talk much. Was very quiet, all I know is it really bothered me when he kept trying to put stuff in the bag without letting me see if first. This is the store I mainly go to but if I end up having to deal with that alot I'm not going to your store anymore. I like being able to SEE my product.

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED

I recently started going to this store location but the waiting line is long because the employees are slow, I can take up to 20 -30 minutes just waiting in line sometimes, the joints are always clogged and the selections I have purchased based on bud tenders advice have been the worst quality I have ever had. The pen I purchased was sealed, unopened however when I got home the pen didn't even work, I returned it for a new one. Then the cartridge I purchased started leaking, all unopened products I purchased too which is downright disappointing.
I will certainly be going out of my way to go to the other location on Trent for sure.
