Great customer service, and nice shop in general. Prices are better than other shops I've been to. They were out of the particular item I went in for but offered a few comparable products, and I was able to get something that works for me.

Absolutely awful experience. It was my first time coming into this company. I waited in line for a good 10 minutes and eventually had a budtender stare at me until I realized he was staring at me back. Nods at me when I make eye contact. I head over, explain I’m industry and he goes “ok ok get it all out then” (paystub, badge etc) I explained my situation, how I just got hired onto a new company, and they wouldn’t take my badge information or my gusto information. Andrew said he could call over a manager to help out and I said sure that would be great, that’s when he says “you know, I’m just doing my job, and you’re making it difficult” that’s when I looked at him puzzled and asked him how I could make it easier. He then called over a manager who also explained I needed the Paystub and so on, and then Andrew chipped up in the back saying “I said you were being MEAN” Andrew got so combative at the register that the manager had to take over. Even after the manager took over he acted like I was inconveniencing him. Which is unfortunate, I’ve never had a worse budtender/manager experience. You can tell the whole crew was in a bad mood and the manager was not aiding in that at all. I’m very relieved that I chose not to take the job here when I was offered one, I have a feeling I would have been just as miserable as Andrew and the manager. But for all of you who did read this, Lidz is doing great discounts and just as good industry discounts! Go there instead, they didn’t give me any hassle with my industry discounts and they have great customer service.

Great shop. Always fantastic prices, quality product choices and super friendly staff. Ezra is my favorite to work with, but I am always happy with my tender specialist. Highly recommend!

10 out of 5 stars if I could. This is such a friendly and helpful store. Also they have the best prices in Spokane by far. My last two visits I was on a budget and they not only took the time to get me the highest quality I could afford, but on my last visit gave me a discount that not only priced matched the store nearest them but gave me a bigger discount as well. Seriously, you guys rock

Prices are okay, but more expensive than stores with better customer service (like Lucky Leaf downtown). They do not provide any sort of discount or deal for local residents or employees (as most shops downtown so). And they're openly racist with policy that does not follow Washington State penal codes. With the interactions I've had at this store I'm surprised they're not turning people away for being Spokane or Washington residents. I cannot recommend this organization in good conscience. It has become apparent to me that the Valley is vastly different from Spokane, and this shop has been one of the main reasons I've realized this. There is a hatred for natives, people of color, LGBT individuals, and the like that I have never seen anywhere, save my times in Alabama and Idaho, that my eyes have been opened up to the existence of within the valley; and it's due, almost entirely, to the several horrific interactions I have had with staff and management within this company.
