I come here from out of town and it's always a pleasant, chill experience throughout my shopping here. Steven was super helpful and knowledgeable about his strains and recommended me a very tasty, very good strain. Excellent deals every day of the week here as well. If you're in West Seattle and looking for great bud at great prices, this is the place.

Went in with questions about some strains a friend told me about. Was lucky enough that Ivy & Reina were able to answer my questions as well as recommend some in-stock items that were similar. Great customer service and good selection, what more can you ask for?

First time in Canna West Seattle. I don’t normally leave reviews but I really wanted to in this case. I was not having a great day but my budtender, Ivy, lifted my spirits so much. She was knowledgeable and so far I’m loving the products she recommended. I’ll be back, thank you!

Never going back to this place. I bought a $60 disposable vape, it worked for a couple days and then died out of nowhere. I charged it and still won’t work. You can clearly see through the sight that the pen has maybe one or two drags out of it. Tried to return it with all necessary receipts and packaging and the guy said it’s been too many days. So I gave them $60 for absolutely nothing. I’ve had to do returns at other shops and never had a problem. Also they are priced higher than hash tag or have a heart on literally everything.

Canna is a lovely dispensary, great staff and product. I have learned so much from the staff, and have enjoyed there kindness, and good banter. I always seem to get into some interesting discussion with them, and i always walk out happy with great discounts, and high end cannabis.
Be kind to your budtenders, remember what a privilege this is to have legal cannabis, tip well and show respect and love, especially to the Canna peeps:)
