They say they are 20 percent off now..and I went in the store yesterday for my 20% off and it’s a dollar more than the 10% off I usually get for my regular products..? How is that 20% off?

I always buy the from the soil packs, before they used to be $23 with 10% off and now they are $24 with 20% off.

This happened last time the discount changed the price went up.

Sounds like a scam to me…

Went last night 3/18/25 at around 11pm and the man working there was very unwelcoming and terrible customer service. Rude looks the whole time, short answers, and a terrible bud tender attitude. Made me feel like he just didn't like the way I looked or dressed. Felt profiled. Never had a problem with anyone else there, just the man last night.

I've only ever stopped in a couple times, mainly to get glass since the prices were decent for it especially when you just need a new quartz nail. The bud tenders I've interacted with were awesome and helpful.
My only issue is there is no way to look at the menu online. Any links I've found lead to an empty Pelican delivery page or a Weedmaps that doesn't load. I never go in because I never know what they have and what the prices are. I mainly consume concentrates or edibles and I know prices vary a lot for those place to place.
Would love to see an updated website with an accurate menu for the Longview location.

I used to love this store. However, the manager of the store is very young and thinks he knows everything. If you ask about the store bringing in products, he gets ready to fight you and tells you how those things wont sell and nobody wants them. Uhm, I want them and so does a friend or two?

It's sad because I've talked to the owner and hes super chill. The silverdale location is also super chill.

A while back, they posted prices online (i havent checked to see if they are still 30% lower online than they honor in store). I had just had surgery and sent a friend with the correct amount if money plus change ($100, it should have been $70). My friend came back with like $5. I went in to the shop, in major pain and almost crying in a panic since my $25 for gas was gone, to figure out what happened. They fully know that they have advertised prices lower than they sell.

The super cool associate working was like yea this has happened a lot and I dont know what to tell you, you can talk to the manager. The manager was like yea its a glitch, sorry. I'm like no, its your mistake and its illegal to bait and switch. They shoukd have eaten the difference as it was their mistake. To find out they have been doing it for a while and are aware it is happening is disgusting.

The straw that broke the camels back: I went in and said I wanted a candy flavored cart or disposable. Not only am I in every 2-3 days, so everyone knows I'm crazy sensitive to Sativa and its a no go, but the associate sold me a disposable and didnt listen to me when I said indica or hybrid.

I left with a sativa dominant hybrid. I called like an hour later when I was about to open it and relax. I simply wanted to exchange a fully unopened completely sealed in a foil bag thing mfused disposable. They said they will only fix it if the cartilage/disposable is not functional. It really was the hardest draw I've ever had and probably would have qualified for an exchange but I'm never going back. Mfused redid their whole line so the store would probably just argue that its supposed to be like that.

This is not how you stay in business. You dont screw off the customers dropping a couple hundred/couple thousand a month at your business.

Go somewhere else where they treat you like a customer instead of a wallet.

I have just changed their rating to one star and would give zero if possible. 4/19/25: THE OWNER TREATS CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY’RE LESS THAN COMPLETELY NECESSARY TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS “BUSINESS.” This place is a toxic gossip circle where employees are outwardly rude without reason to loyal, long-term clients. They are often unknowledgeable of the products they sell but have something to say about everything anyways. It seems like the owner is desperate for friends and only pays ‘tenders who stroke their ego and get in line with the agenda of snobbish RUDENESS. Bad vibes here! Save your dollars for businesses that lift your spirit and leave you with a smile! 😉👍
