This is the second time this has happened, when I purchased a cart and the next day it leaks. I take it back to the store and the workers turned me down. The cart that I purchased leaked this morning and it placed the wax a little less than half and the worker goes, " um err I won't be able to take this to exchange it because it's a little more than half way." Like fool, how ridiculous could you be?! IT LEAKED! IF IT DIDNT LEAK WHY WOULD I EVEN GO BACK TO TRY AND EXCHANGE SOMETHING THAT ISNT BROKEN? RIDICULOUSNESS! This will simply be the last time I ever step foot in this dispensary. They carry no honor in their words when it comes to the warranty of ," if it leaks just bring it back with the packaging and we'll exchange it for you." Straight BS! The worker with the star tattoo on his hand is simply like my experience in that location. TRASH!

Low tier dispensary. So when you think of low tier, everything inside is in correlation with one another. If shop is low tier so is their customers services.  You have better dispensary in Longview, this isn't one of them. Continue searching.

I am being over charged by one of your employees everytime he works I get over charged I bought 60 dollar bent weed and two slab mechanics  at 18 a piece  a total of 96 I was charged 102 and last time he over charged me over 20 and another time and it's just that one bud tender and I tip like a dumbass  he must of gotten me for at least 60 bucks plus.... I leave and realize when I get home this is his last time I am filing a complaint how many others  is he doing this too
