I was there yesterday, July 25th and had the best experience ever.  My bud tender was Dane and he made a few recommendations that turned out great.  Dane is wonderful and I will definitely be back.  I highly recommend this store

Lots of selection here and there are different deals on different days of the week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One thing that’s pretty not-cool about shopping here is that tips are solicited and expected. The owner of this store is responsible for paying his workers, not the customers. Retail shopping is not a tipping situation.

Staff is super helpful. They listen and explain very well. Prices are fine. Sélections is great. Really appreciate the service.

Horrible customer service. I have never been treated with that much disrespect in a pot shop, ever. I really hope they treat their customers in the future better than they did to me today. I didn’t get asked to leave, and I ended up walking out on my own. Customer service is all about putting a smile on your face and doing your job, maybe leave the attitude at home next time.

I have been coming in here for at least a year now, never had a problem before. When I walked in today, I was not greated with a smile. I was then shaken down for my ID as I was getting my partners ID out of my wallet, the lady behind the counter, heckled him for his ID. Then when I was able to get the IDs out, she turned around and said I will not be dealing with this and passed me off to her coworker. Then her coworker refused service because I said it sounded like the bad attitude was there in the first place.  I don’t know why you would show up to a customer service job and already have a chip on your shoulder for the day when your hourly only gets boosted by tips (gratuity). I will not be coming back to this establishment. I hope in the future that they treat their customers with some respect. If I could give zero stars, I would.
