How often is the data updated?
Our data is updated monthly as new compliance files are released by the WSLCB. Dashboards and analytics reflect the most recent available data, typically within a few days of WSLCB data release.
Is Your Weed Data the official source for this data?
No. The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) is the system of record and authoritative source for all compliance data. Your Weed Data processes and presents this public data but is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the source data provided by the WSLCB.

Are licensee profiles really free?
Yes, completely free. Every Washington State licensee has a public profile with sales insights, rankings, product catalogs, pricing, and lab testing history. No signup or login required to view basic information.
What data is included in the dashboards?
Our dashboards include sales data, product information, pricing intelligence, inventory movement, lab testing results, and licensee performance metrics. All data is cleaned, standardized, and enriched with rankings and insights.
Pricing & Subscriptions
Is there a free tier?
Yes! Licensee profiles are completely free and publicly accessible. For analytics dashboards and data exports, we offer a free trial so you can explore all features before subscribing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. However, you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Data & Accuracy
How accurate is the data?
We process and clean data using best practices, but the underlying source data comes from the WSLCB. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the source data. For critical business decisions, we recommend verifying information directly with the WSLCB.
What if the WSLCB doesn't release data on time?
Our Service depends on the WSLCB's timely release of compliance data. If the WSLCB delays or fails to release data, Your Weed Data is not responsible for such delays. We will process and make available data once it is received from the WSLCB.
How far back does your historical data go?
We currently maintain approximately 14 months of historical data. The exact timeframe depends on when we began processing WSLCB compliance files and data availability.
Can I see data for specific licensees or products?
Yes! You can filter dashboards by licensee, product, date range, location, and more. The Data Download Tool also allows you to search and filter before exporting.
Is consumer purchase data included?
No. Our data comes from WSLCB compliance files which track business-to-business transactions and inventory movements. We do not have access to individual consumer purchase data.
